Returns & Exchanges

At Kaomoji, we want you to love your apparel as much as we do, but if your order isn't quite right, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges. Please ensure all items are in their original, unwashed condition with tags attached to be eligible for a refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Package Your Items

  Carefully place the items back in their original packaging, ensuring the Kaomoji aesthetic remains intact and the product is protected during transit.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Print your prepaid shipping label provided by the portal and drop off the package at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship out your new exchange items within 5-7 business days.
